What are terms for booking a hunt.?

We agree on the date times species and rate of the hunt and a confirmation quote will be sent to you

• A booking fee of 50% of daily rate is necessary to secure booking dates and is usually paid on booking unless prior agreement . (a booking form [ is available off the booking page] is required to be completed ]
• .Balance due on hunt commencement.
• A confirmation letter and receipt will be sent to you once a booking deposit is paid.This will  confirm details of safari.
• cancellation fee of $100 up to a month out from hunt commencement but refunds can be given up to 4 months prior to hunt after this date no refund but alternative dates can be worked out at the mutual consent of outfitter and hunter. Payment by bank transfer or credit card .
  There is a 2 day hunt minimum] [Fees includes meals and accommodation, experienced guides, [field preparation of hunting grounds]
• assistance with processing visitors firearm permits.

Once dates and terms are agreed on and confirmation letter/invoice is sent then  a booking form is filled out by the hunter and emailed back with a deposit to secure the dates . When deposit is in bank then it is receipted.

Rifle hire and airport transfers can be arranged

What to pack

Australia is a very relaxed casual country and our dress reflects this. You will need good walking shoes, a shady hat even in winter and some bug repellent especially in the northern areas. Temperatures here can vary a lot.during the day

So winter clothes in Queensland are a good idea especially if you are going to be here in between June July August as water freezes and we get frosts .

 There is always an option to upgrade other hunts alternatives [ buffalo,banteng or deer] in other areas of Australia or add on tourism trips.

Non hunters are always welcome and daily rates  include touring of local regions if desired . Let us know your interest and we will endeavor to include it in a tour.

There are no hidden costs in any of our safaris

When you book a safari with us it is on a sole occupancy basis, meaning you or your party will be our only guests for the entire time you have booked with us, having sole use of the area allowing us to give you a personalized experience at every opportunity.
